Exercise has always been part of my life. I love to dance and growing up in Melbourne, Australia, I participated in dance classes from a young age. As I grew older my exercise expanded to include: aerobics, running, strength training and martial arts.
After receiving my gym instructor certificate and finishing my degree in human movement (aka physical education), I moved to Jerusalem, Israel, in 2001. There I became a certified exercise instructor and started my personal training business.
Having trained clients with physical pain I realized that the mental aspect of pain needed to be addressed as well. Therefore, I trained to be a life coach with the “Yozmot Group”. Having finished the courses, I now have to complete my practicum by training a total of 6 coachees (clients) under supervision to receive my certificates.
