Physical pain often derives from muscle imbalance and poor
alignment. Li Briut has created a special technique called
“centering” that is designed to help you understand how to align
your body thereby decreasing or eliminating pain.

Postural awareness goes hand in hand with muscular strength.
When one muscle is stronger than its opposing muscle (e.g. chest
and upper back) it can cause tension, pain and injury. Li Briut
trainers use a combination of strength training and stretching to
combat this problem.

Another muscle that is important to strengthen is your heart. Li Briut believes that it is important to your health to include cardiovascular exercises such as aerobics in your sessions. Think how much more you can accomplish in your day when you are fitter and have more energy. 

There are many situations throughout the day that require physical balance.  People who have poor balance may avoid doing things for fear that they might fall and injure themselves.

Balance exercises are incorporated into your personal training
sessions so that this will not be an issue for you. Our training
sessions are designed with your needs in mind. We want to ensure
you are physically able to do the things you want to be doing so that you can “enjoy life”.

Personal Training Packages

Li Briut offers home or online personal training packages of 10, 20 and 40 sessions. The number of sessions you have per week is up to you. The tables below show you the price per session in each package, total amount and the number (and amount) of monthly installments to be paid. All prices are in New Israeli Shekels (NIS).
